Mainland of Southeast Asia? No one has ever term it so! Probably you are asking about the countries that are linked to mainland Asia. Then these countries will be Myanmar, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam and West Malaysia.
The other SE Asian countries are: Singapore is an island just south of West Malaysia, about a km away. Indonesia archipelago spreading across the the southern region. Then there is East Malaysia and Brunei on the island of Borneo, and Philippines 7,000+ islands to the east of the South China Sea.
