First. During foreplay, while you are making out or touching each other, play around the area a little bit. Maybe go down on her and while doing that let your finger move down to her a** and just heighten her sensitivity and let her loosen up a little. Don't put anything inside her back there without lube, though. We don't have any natural lubrication in our asses so it can hurt a lot if it's dry.
