Ryanair fly to Santander and Vitoria both of which are relatively close to San Sebastian, you should be able to find a train or bus easy enough from both places. Easyjet fly to Bilbao which is even closer.
San Sebastian is a beautiful place to go and visit. I live in Spain and have been there twice. The beach is NOT nudist and is called La Concha.
There are some very good sea food restaurants and if you hire a car I suggest going along the coast a little, there are some wonderful little Basque villages.

If you want to have your car, take the Brittany Ferry from Plymouth to Santander in Spain, and then drive to San Sebastian.

I'm not sure about your question but I have been to San Sebastian. The beach is a nude beach and I saw a woman get hit by a car there.
