As a gynecologist mentor of mine used to say, "The vagina's middle name is 'potential'" In other words, if a vagina can stretch to accomodate a babies head, then it sure will not have a problem accomodating your horse's, eh, I mean, boyfriend's phallus.
-Make sure there is plenty of foreplay before penetrating.
-Use personal lubrication available at drugstores.
-Have him go very slowly at first to let you accomodate him and relax (maybe just the tip for 15 minutes).
-Ask him not to thrust deeply and/or avoid positions where that is possible, doggy position particularly. (It may be that the shape of your vagina and the shape of his penis don't quite "match" and he is bumping against your cervix, causing discomfort.)
-Lastly with regular intercourse, your vagina will actually come to conform to your boyfriend. (Not to worry, it isn't like a stretched out shirt. It is living tissue that goes back to the original shape if you break up with him.)
Oh and be sure to keep your boyfriend's endowments under your hat...don't share this information with your girlfriends. If he ever meets these girls, there will be knowing smiles at him all night. Let's just say a little bird told me about the last tip.

hmm...
like a lotta ppl said, lubrication helps. n instead of artificial lubrication, foreplay induces natural lubrication. another safe (in case of HIV/AIDS the virus present in the saliva is not significant enuf to cause infection) form of natural lubrication is saliva. but to be on the safe side, use your own saliva and not his. (that reminds me....one must NOT perform oral sex if one has a cut/boil/ulcer/blister in ones mouth)
also, like a couple of ppl have already mentioned, the vagina can stretch to accomodate length and girth and will revert to normal after sex. not like someone mentioned "after u break up".
now for 'mechanics'! on his part, he will have 2 b a little gentle till you guys adjust to each other. try avoiding exotic positions for now. once you are both comfortable with each other's bodies, you could experiment.
for now, the 'missionary position' with girl lying on back n guy on top will work the best. also, placing a pillow under your lower back will help a lot by changing the orientation of your vagina and aligning it with his penis.
more importantly, always always COMMUNICATE. let each other know wut hurts and wut feels good. ask if something you are doing hurts or feels good too.
ALL THE BEST!!!
P.S. VERY IMP. for lubrication, approach a pharmacy and ask for a product like KY Jelly or discreetly mention that you need vaginal lubrication. DO NOT use products like Vaseline or petroleum jelly as it may react with and denature the condom, thereby putting you at risk of pregnancy or STDs

Take it easy and it will start to stretch you out. It is like anything else, it just takes time to get you fit for it!
