i wish I had an answer for this question, I really do. Using a heating pad on your chest might ease the pain a bit. I have heard people take Evening Primrose oil for PMS. It is found in the vitamin aisle. I dont know whether it helps or not because I havent taken it. If your periods become too much of a pain you can always take birth control, you wont have any PMS symptoms.

Natural way is to sit in a hot bath and it eases the pain swiftly . Otherwise for real quick relief, ibruprophen does the trick but dont take it too often because its not good for the stomach.

My girlfriend had similar problems and I rubbed her down with lotion to kind of massage the pain away. It helps sometimes, another thing I/we have found is that when you are more active around your menstral cycle it minimizes her symptoms.

Take aloe vera juice, along with a little turmeric powder and saindhav salt. YOur problem falls in what is called PMS, and for such problems aloe vera is best simple herb.
