Truth altering is what humans are good at and reality altering is another term for denial

Reality can not be altered, but it can be represented in different ways; thus, there can be altered realities. your view point about it can be changed. It depends how you look at it.

Truth can not be changed, but there can be more than one true fact about something and evey true statement about it will be a truth. The set of truths you know or present can project reality in different ways.

For example-

1. Babari mosque was razed to ground by hindu mob- true.

2. Babai mosque was built on Rama temple debries and it was destroyed by Muslims- true.

3. Meer baqi(? as far as I remeber), some general of Babar built it on the same place where Rama temple used to be, after he got it destroyed.

4. Hindus never forgo their claim on it and kept worshipping at the place. They even kept on Parikrama inspite of Aurangzeb's orders.

5. Sikhs and Hindus kept on demanding to return it back and Sikh Guru also tried to fight for it.

6. Supeme court of India accepted Rama as historical figure but avoided to decide the case one way or other.

7. Everybody keeps saying that we should wait for court to decide but the fact is that on 6 th december court was supposed to give its final decision but it didn't . It was one of the resons mob got out of hand. it lost any more patience. It is a 500 year old case!!!

8. During british rule the case came up but even they avoided it one way or other.

Now all these facts are true. You can use only first truth and say Hindus did that. you can chose only second option and say Muslim did distroyed the temple. Both will be true but change reality for the listener.

Yet if you go on reading there will be another picture. That is lack of political will, to resolve the issue for the fear of loosing minority votes.
