morphing pictures is taking a print and covering it in a hard plastic lenticular page that allows the picture to change when the angle changes. ** nothing illegal, good grief

Wow, what an odd question.

I'm just going to assume that you want to do some basic photo manipulation (adding faces to different bodies, putting people in various backgrounds etc). The best place to start is with an image editor, using Photoshop, JASC, Corel, Picaso, etc. From that point, it's just a matter of playing with the software to learn it.

All of those programs come with various features that will allow you to twist the facial features around, remove noses, add a 3rd eye and switch heads (along with quite a bit more).

So, where is a good place to start? With a photo editing software.

i dont know where is the best place to start......but.....if your intention is not good...... the best place to put an end to it is jail(prison)
i guess u can start of with photoshop
