I am assuming you have a kitty door or something similar since you don't know if your cat has "popped in" while you are gone.
Put some flour down by the entry way and check it twice a day for paw prints to confirm if she has been home. Then check with local shelters for her, you only have about four days before that cat goes up for adoption or is euthanized at the shelter, if they missed her microchip. I would also check the woods and the area around your home. Sometimes kitties get scared and will hide out for days before they get the courage to look for their way home.
Other than that, you can only wait and hope that something outside did not get a hold of her. This is a huge risk when you have an indoor/outdoor cat. If she comes home, you may consider keeping her inside if you are worried about her safety.

You should look at your local animal shelter, especially if she has no form of identification. (remember collars can fall off) if that doesnt work, try renting a live trap from them.(make sure to put it in an area were she would be comfortable and safe should she have to spend a few hours in it, or have someone check the trap every hour or so)

Depends on the cat. All you can do is take a look around the neighborhood, maybe take a hike in the woods. She may come back; she may not. Time will tell.

Did you know that the average life span of an outside cat is THREE YEARS? Inside cats can live to be in their upper teens or early 20s.

This is impossible to answer.
Your cat could be OK.
Your cat could be eating rodents and things and be fine.
Your cat could be in Alaska.
Your cat could be gone forever.
Just not enough information.

She is setting her territory. She'll be home later, unless she likes the freedom more. Put out food and water for her, keep checking it, to see if she's eating.

Yes. It is trying to find a mate. But don't worry, it will come back soon.
