Move on. Don't date or be physically intimate with anyone, until you are over her. It's unfair on yourself and anyone you try and make a deeper connection with, when your not ready to.

Unfortunately you don't get over it, you learn from it! You just have to make sure that you are not assuming it will happen again. You can't put yourself out there when you are not ready to let someone in. They will suffer and so will you! You need to take it slow and look at the situation and the person, because it is not the person who broke your heart. Don't bring bad thing's from the past into your new relationship, It will bite you and you could miss out on a great opportunity.

Well, first you're going to need some duct-tape, to actually put the heart back together, then you'll need some alcohol, to numb the pain...then, you need a hobby, and you need to get out and meet people, someplace she doesn't go etc., so as to expand your social circle and hopefully meet some other nice young lady with whom to share your time....or, go be a zen buddhist high on a mountaintop....take warm clothes, though, it's cold up there! LOL

Keep yourself busy if you have a job pick up LOTS of overtime. Meeting someone else works for some people but i recommend that you wait alittle while before you do that rebounds suck and aren't fair to you or the other person
