I'm just checking now. I might have been confused.
Evolution does not exist; animals are animals and people are people. To believe in evolution is to put yourself on the same level as animals, which is wrong. Yet the supposed lack of homosexuality in the animal kingdom is a valid proof of why homosexuality among humans is unacceptable.
I just want to make sure I'm clear on this as I hear both of these sentences said by the same side on Y!A R&S.

FYI: If you haven't just eaten lunch, take a look at this:
http://www.homosexualityexplained.com/
Somebody else linked to it and I've been looking at its madness. I don't know if I should feel sad, sick, angry or frustrated. Note the tasteful 'outing' of six homosexuals at the end 'for the search engines'...

Dear God! Does nobody here understand sarcasm? For your benefit - as I guess I have to put it this way - I fully support LGBT people and I fully believe in evolution. I am well aware that there is plenty of homosexuality in the animal kingdom. How could so many people have not noticed that I used the word 'madness' to describe the link that I offered!
Wow... I thought we were on the same side here. I'll promise never to use sarcasm again...

Wow, the stupid fairy really left you a double helping did'nt she?
First of all, Evolution, no matter how much you rant and rave, is a fact. It has been observed and is observable both in the macro and micro sense. Get that through your thick skull once and for all ok? Good.
As for homosexuality, it has been observed in ALL mammalian species. From rats and mice to our nearest primate cousins.
So your first comment is the only one that is correct; you are confused. Very confused.
And I understand that you can't do anything about being as stupid as you are but try to get a snippet of information or two about the subject on which you are commenting ok? Not doing so only makes you look stupider than you are, if that's even possible...
I've included two links for you, hopefully the big words don't hurt your head too much...

I have a strong faith but I do want to mention that they are rare cases of homosexuality in animals. Specifically in a zoo. They are 2 female flamingos and they "think" they are a couple. Now do I believe homosexuality is right? No. I am against it and I think it goes against nature, meaning the way God created us. I believe there are rare cases of this in animals in the zoo or other "contained" environments because man has altered the way the animals are supposed to live, eat and of course breed. We, humans I mean, are messing up everything!

well homosexuality and masturbation are a part of evolution that is what makes us different from animals. humans developed homosexuality well animals did not. humans masturbate, well animals do not. after 100000 years if humans exist there would be no male or female, everybody would be unisex and would be able to make children themselves because everybody would be almost genetically perfect and there would be no need for futhur variety. homosexuality and masturbation are the first signs of this evolution. Animals have not developed yet therefore they do not have a homosexual relationship.

I'm always a firm defender of the freedom of speech. I believe that any silly argument will have a better counter-agrument in the end anyway.
Yet, reading websites like that makes me wish i was a little less firm on defending the freedom of speech. I'm really getting tired of even debating these ignorant fools. Even if, of course, there are more than a million arguments to make against stupidity as shown on that website.
(and yes, LOL, it's always fun to see how many people have no idea who's on which side) :))

TO SUGGEST THAT THERE IS NO HOMOSEXUALITY IN THE ANIMAL KINGDOM IS NOT CORRECT. I HAVE OBSERVED HOMOSEXUALITY IN SEVERAL DIFFERENT SPECIES OF ANIMAL.
HAVING WORKED ON CATTLE AND SHEEP FARMS, I HAVE SEEN WHAT CAN ONLY DESCRIBED AS HOMOSEXUAL CONDUCT BEING ACTED OUT.
RAMS WILL SEEK OUT AMONGST A MIXED GENDER FLOCK OTHER MALE SHEEP., AND COMMIT SODOMY ON THEM. DESPITE THE EWES BEING IN SEASON.
I HAVE SEEN MALE DOGS DOING EXACTLY THE SAME THING WITH EACH OTHER.
ANYWAY THROUGHOUT MY LIFE THE EVOLUTIONISTS HAVE PROMULGATED THEIR THEORIES, YET THEY CANNOT SUBSTANTIATE EVOLUTION .
ANYONE WHO HA S AN OPEN AND REASONING MIND SHOULD BE ABLE TO FIGURE OUT FIOR THEMSELVES THAT EVOLUTION IS IMPOSSIBLE.
THE LENGTH OF TIME NEED FOR THE CHANGES AND THE FACT THAT ALL CREATURES AND PLANTS HAVE LIFESPANS THAT CAN NEVER ALLOW FOR THE EVOLUTIONARY PROCESSES TO WORK.
I BELIEVE THAT ALL LIFE WAS DESIGNED AND CREATED BY AN INTELLIGENT BEING. AND THAT BEING IS THE SUPREME BEING OF THE UNIVERSE. JEHOVAH GOD.

I wholeheartedly respect homosexuals and support their right to marry, but the fact is some animals (besides the human animal) are gay or bisexual.
Some dolphins - considered very intelligent creatures - are gay. See http://worldpolicy.org/globalrights/sexorient/2001-spinner%20dolphins.html for more info about this.
And from the proverbial Wikipedia:
The presence of same-sex sexual behavior was not scientifically observed on a large scale until recent times, possibly due to observer bias caused by social attitudes to same-sex sexual behavior. It appears to be widespread among insects, birds and mammals, particularly the apes. Many male penguins that apparently mate for life have been observed in homosexual pairs and refuse to pair with females when given the chance].
One report on sheep cited below states:
"Approximately eight percent of [male] rams exhibit sexual preferences [that is, even when given a choice] for male partners (male-oriented rams) in contrast to most rams, which prefer female partners (female-oriented rams). We identified a cell group within the medial preoptic area/anterior hypothalamus of age-matched adult sheep that was significantly larger in adult rams than in ewes..." [citation needed]
Same-sex sexual behavior should only be identified as a sexual orientation with caution. In humans the behavior is considered distinct from the orientation - many heterosexuals engage in same-sex behavior at times, and many homosexuals have heterosexual lifestyles. In animals this distinction is still being explored. >

While I believe Scripture clearly says homosexual behavior is forbidden, after just having a very good friend come out to me & tell me he's pursuing the gay lifestyle, my attitude towards it has softened. Do I still believe it wrong? Yes...but I want a father's heart towards my friend.

I think the reason we have homosexuals in the world is because God created everything for the good. He created sex to be between a man and a woman. Satan has perverted sex, and that is why we have homosexuals...

I don't condone homosexuality. But how about that stuff about not seeing dogs engage in homosexuality? I see male dogs humping male dogs all the time b/c they don't care, they just want to get off.
