Is there ground on a mountain?

I have some coffee which is Blue Mountain Blend. I looked in the packet and it's not beans, it's ground. I don't know where it was ground but it might have been ground on a mountain.

sometimes the ground is not orthogonal to gravity. That is (almost) the definition of a mountain in fact. In this geometry, "down" and "ground" are not the same thing. You fall along the ground.

beacuase the mountian side is usually at an angle rising from it's base to it's peak and gravity tends to push you down to the centre of the earth, thus you can fall down the mountain.
