A movie script is 110 pages in length. How long does it take to write 110 pages? That depends on you. How fully fleshed out is your theme? How well do you know your characters? Can you describe the set where the action takes place?
It can take a month or it can take a year. As to how long it takes to write a 'good' full length script, well no one has yet been able to figure out how to guarantee that the script will be good. Some of the top writers, top stars and top directors have been involved in projects that should have been sure fire hits but turned out to be real clunkers.

It depends how it flows, but the level of expertease that we're talking about here would first take a lot of education and even then at the very least 4 or 5 months, and probably more like 7 or 8, and posibley anything up to 2 years.

It depends on the writer. Some people can lock themselves in a room and bang out a script in a couple of days. Others take their time and gradually write one in about a year or however long. It just depends on who is writing it.

This isn't to sound flip, but it takes as long as it takes. Some movie scripts have been finished in months and some takes years. Since scripts come from ideas it's very individual.

Your first bypass is probably enrolling in a respected movie or performing college which grants script-writing classes. once there you'll do nicely to also take some directing and performing instructions to get a nicely-rounded attitude on what it takes to create thoughts in certain perfect for the seen interest of flicks.
