does the girl always mean no when she's been asked for a relationship? i mean if the guy whom is a friend of her announces his love and she's said no. does she really mean the rejection althought there is a trust and close friendship in between?

sometimes a girl just doesnt want to ruin the friendship that you already have, so i would say wait it out, then try again a little later and address this issue, and if she still says no, i would drop- it
