my girlfriend just got her lip peirced twice..she asked me if she could do it and i politly said that i would rather her not do it and yesterday she came to my house with her lip like that even after i said i didnt like it what should i do i dont wanna be mad at her anymore bc it breaks my heart to see her sad and i realy dont wanna see her with those in...

well it wasn't your job to tell her what to do. she asked to let you be prepared to see her with it you just don't understand women do you women don't care if you like something or not so if you really like her you will have to get over it and accept her as she is

Well, if you two weren't too close yet, I would say you could always leave. However, it sounds like you may care a good deal about her. Therefore, I would recommend asking her politely to get rid of them out of respect for you, because it makes you uncomfortable. If she doesn't care enough about your feelings to take this into consideration, take it as a sign. Also, she got her lip pierced knowing you wouldn't like it. There's no rule that says you have to kiss her while she's wearing the lip rings. If she tries to get you to kiss her, simply tell her you will after she takes them out. Maybe she'll get the hint, & you might just mean more to her than looking bad does.

I do understand you, my boyfriend also does that to me. before I wanted to have a tatoo and he said no but I still go for it, when he found he was nit upset but then he understands. I think sometimes you have to understand that you cant control everything for your gf, she has also to decide oh her own and besides it's not a big thing, it's only li[ pierciong, she can get rid of it. If you talk to her in a nice way that you dont really like seeing her with the lip pierce but because you love her you'll still accept it but you still rather see nothing in there, sooner she will realized and maybe she will not wear it. Also you have to remember that if you kept on controling her she might get fed up and just leave you.

Why is she asking you for permission for something like that in the first place? At this point, If you knew you were going to be that mad you should have been more firm. Can't be mad now. On the other hand if she cares so much about your opinion to be that sad seeing you upset why did she do it in the first place, ask her that.

I agree with you, They are really not very flattering, But you love her..Maybe you should buy her a little charm that can go on it..I am sure she would'nt mind if you did something she did'nt like..if she does just point out the lip thing...Good luck

next time she asks for your opinion, tell her you dont care what she does, because shes gonna do it any way. and tell her you hate kissing with those things in her lip.

well just keep on suggesting to her that you don't like the piercings, but don't make it mean and cruel. maybe she will come to her senses and take them off for your sake.
