i am 19 and dont understand why i feel this at times.

Are you married? I was married at 19 and had come from a divorced family, mom raised without any help or much contact from father.
We have been married now almost 33 years and you have to give 100% and only expect 50% in return. Life if a give and take and there will be ups and downs just expect them.
One bit of advice that I think makes a lot of sense is if you dwell on your life partner rejecting you, you will act in ways that might push him away from you. If he is acting in ways that make you insecure, don't nag, beg, cry or holler, etc. Find things that you enjoy doing and get with other people, family and friends and become independant and learn to like yourself and he will take notice and possibly start worrying about you rejecting him.
I'm not a beautiful model, but I do the best with what I have to make myself feel good about myself by wearing makup and wearing clothes that compliment my build. I think confidence makes a woman beautiful and definately what's on the inside. Don't let yourself be compared to the actors and actresses you see, they don't look great in the mornings either and most of them have body flaws that we never see.
God made us all unique and you are beautiful and are the only one that can do what God intended for you to do.
What do you think attracted him to you in the first place? He must have liked what he saw!
Reach out to others it will help you feel good about yourself and take the emphasis off of your relationship.
Having a partner isn't everything in life, enjoy what you have right now and don't fret for tomorrow will take care of itself.

Rejection is a part of life. Some will accept you, some won't. Look at it as a learning experience. Rejection means you're not right for the person or position, so actually not being rejected would make both of you miserable in the long run. Anyone who rejects you, you're better off without. Your life partner, by the time he becomes such, will know better. And quit that ugly girl talk. Love is more than skin deep.

life partner is some1 that you settle with to not be alone. your soul mate if you find him shall always keep you where you need to be. maybe you need to travel and meet new people like a person like yourself know you wanna do that.
