"For I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book; If anyone adds to these things, God will add to him the plagues that are written in this book".

With that being written, do you think Jesus would let His own mother come back and give prophecies?

I would like some well thought out answers. Those of you who haven't got the mental intellect to give a non-blasphemous answer, do everyone here a favor, and stay in your Marvel comic books.

There would be no need for Jesus to have his mother give prophecies, the Bible is complete.

Revelation is inspired of God. Who would dare change a word of what God himself has spoken and transmitted through the one who is now the reigning King, Jesus Christ? Certainly, such a person would deserve to lose out in the quest for life and suffer the plagues that must come upon Babylon the Great which is false religion and upon the whole world.

It sounds like this is an anti Catholic question. I am not catholic, I am a born again pentecostal Christian so I don't care. Anyway the mother of Jesus did not add anything to this book the Bible. If you are referring maybe to some prophesy she supposedly made, thats not adding to the Bible. Mary does not come back and make prophesies.anyway. God has His prophets here. Prophesy is a Holy Spirit gift and there are a lot of Christians prophesying through the Holy Spirit. Adding or taking away is like Readers Digest making a condensed version of the Bible which I think they did. If a company writes a version of the Bible and adds words or takes away key words, that is what this is probably referring to. The Jehovahs Witness Bible probably adds or takes away. There are bible versions that leave out a key verse (though not necessarily from Revelations). Some (Chick Publications comes to mind) think the King James is the only accurate version of the Bible because of this. I prefer the NIV

Obviously Mary is in her grave and has no ability to move or speak.

She, like everyone else (except Christ) who has ever lived is awaiting a resurrection from the dead.

"Marvel not at this, for the hour is coming, in which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice, and shall come forth, they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life, and they that have done evil to the resurrection of damnation" (John 5:28-29).

The King James "damnation" is the Greek "krisis", meaning "contesting". But that's another story.

There will be future prophets, of course. But there will be no need that their words be put into the Bible because the end will be three and a half years away. No need for excessive documentation.
