Doted? You mean a high maintenance woman? I'd say read the book of Esther, the Song of Solomon and the books of Samuel and Judges. Many women had many many handmaids. King Ahaseurus in the book of Esther made the whole kingdom stop and dote on the women until his new bride was found. If you mean devoted, look at the book of Ruth. Ruth was very devoted to her mother-in-law Naomi. Hope this helps!
Are you looking for justication for something? You are God's workmanship, fearfully and wonderfully made! Celebrate you in all humility but knowledge of your uniqueness and God's love for you.

No, there's no such reference. And I'm not sure "doted woman" makes sense anyway. If you meant "doting woman" as in one that fawns all over her man... there's no mention of that either. That wasn't a woman's position in Biblical times. (Should only occasionally be her position now and it should be mutual) :)

Your question is quite confusing, but I wonder if you are referring to Mary of Magdelene. I would say that Jesus probably doted on her a bit. I do not believe that he did anything inappropriate with her. I just believe he loved her very much.
