Attention and be sensitive to your partner's need not only to yourself. That's usually the issue with guys, once they're done they forget their partner. And guys comes easily and women takes time. It's best to do lots of foreplay first before actual penetration. You can experiment different position and you have to ask your partner's opinion if such position is comfortable for her and what really makes her on.
