It acts like chiggers, but I haven't been anywhere to get them. The only place I've been is in the pool. The bumps are itchy and small and they are only where my bathingsuit goes.(2-piece) I was told that maybe they are water bug bites, but I never felt anything biteing me. There are a few on my back and arms. These things are driving me insane. Can someone please hlep me. They look and feel just like chigger bites! No kind-of creams will help. I've tried! HELP! HELP! HELP!

Could be a reaction between your laundry detergent and the chlorine. Try a non-steroidal anti-histamine. If that does not provide any relief, call your doctor. Do a patch test with your detergent to see if this may be the cause.

If you have been laying out in your yard or wherever when you go swimming they could be sand fleas. My son got those at one time and they are similar to chiggers. There is a soap called OCTAGON. It is a ruff soap usually used for greasy hands etc.. but if you use it for about 3 days it should get rid of them. It worked when i used it with my sons sand fleas and I was told it would work for chiggers as well. GOOD LUCK I know they are miserable.

weird. have you researched scabies? That's the only thing that comes to mind. Maybe an allergy to the chemicals in the pool, combined with sunscreen? my sister used to get a bad rash when she used any sunscreen that wasn't paba free. Sicne it's onyl where your suit is, that's a big clue, so maybe it was from where the suit encouraged prolonged water contact, and something that wasn't supposed to be there was in the water.--go see your doc, and if he doens't know, go see a dematologist!Good luck!
