I'd recommend either
"You'll be glad you did it!" (If you think they will be pleased when it's done / over.)
or
"You'll enjoy it!" (If you think that they will be happy while they are actually DOING it.)
It depends entirely on how you want to use the sentence!

"I'll wait until she's finished it."
That could be used even if 'she' hasn't started 'it' yet!

no, you need to say . . .
You'll (or "you will") be glad you did it.
(You could also add an optional "that" after the word "glad," but you don't have to)
(Sleek's version of this one is also correct. It just depends what you want it to mean)
I'll (or "I will") wait until she finishes it.
