Bayliners dont throw wakes except when being towed back to shore by another boat.

Yes it will make enough wake to wakeboard. If you change the prop to a 19 pitch and load the boat with some friends you'll be able to have a fun day on the water. The boat is your budget boat I have a the 2006 version and it works just fine. If you want to get big air you'll need a wakeboard tower but starting out the tow hook on the boat will be fine. With more people in the boat (not overloaded) but 3 plus you the wake will be enough if you want more wake you need a bigger boat me I'm no pro so a big wake doesn't do me any good anyway kinda the same for an amateur or novice no need in buying a race car if you can't race ;-)

Above is a link to the 175 XT package that comes with a tower installed ready to do some serious wakeboarding. You can also get a monstertower or tsunami tower or other.

A small light weight boat does not make a huge wake but it should be ok.
Enough power depends on how many passengers.
If you need mor power change the prop to one with a lower pitch but be sure not to over rev the engine.
