yeah u can wear plastic pants in the pool just dont pee in them cause it'll stay in the plastic pants

well, if the pants are sealed at the top and bottom water wont get in, but if there are any air leaks water will get in...you can buy a wet suit though.

i think you shouldn't do that you would get blisters and it would be uncomfortable, and yes water would get in them
