Non alcohol beers are becoming just as plentiful as their spirited parents. O'Douls, being one of the first widely available, now is also available in and Amber as a response to the growing microbrew trend.
Clausthaler and St. Paulie are two that represent the imports.
These beers do contain a trace of alcohol (0.5% abv or less) because they are fully fermented, then the alcohol is removed by reverse osmosis.
For maximum punch, the Belgian styles have the most alcohol at 8 - 10% abv on average. Belgian Strong Golden and Strong Dark can top 12%. These beers also have a TON of flavor and are meant for sipping instead of slamming.
Higher alcohol beers are being produced by microbreweries. The Imperial IPA style is one trend, with a big malty backbone, plenty of hop bite and flavor and alcohol approaching 11% in some cases. The SUV of beer.
Dogfish Head has two beers that top 15% abv. The American record is held by Sam Adams Utopia, at about 25%abv. The Utopia is amber colored, very sweet and pours dead still (no carbonation) and carries a price tag of $150 per bottle.

St Paulie Girl makes a non alchoholic, (acutally it has less then 1/2 half of 1 percent alchohol by volume, Which I believe is the lowest concentration,
as for Highest by Volume, its not sold in the states
In the Phillipines there is a beer called RED HORSE, and its an unregulated beer, which means if you buy a case of it 1 bottle could be water and the next bottle could be like 20%, its a fun game to play Beer Roulette.

Keep in mind there is no such thing as a No alcohol beer, since alcohol is made from the fermenting of sugar its impossible to have absolutely No alcohol. Really the same goes for juice.

Well, beers like Sharp and O'Douls claim to be non-alcohol, but they're not; just very low, like 0.5% by volume.
The strongest beer you'd be able to find would probably be a "dopplebock", usually with an alcohol content of 8 to 13% by volume.
