Just do it in a convinient time. Before rushing to the kissing first try to see her mood. you can start by touching her hand softly and lean in to her and see how she is acting if she getting closer and weak then do do it....mmmmmmmmm.

Before you get into an embarassing situation, just ask her if you can kiss her. If she don't mind, she will answer yes. If she give you a stare, just pretend and say that you were joking. You'll save all that nasty situation or embarassment.
