Have a Kundalini experience while frying leftover lasagna in a 9 inch pan, be sure and wear only one shoe (preferably without sock), and place your bare foot on top of unbaked bread dough being careful not to cause it to fall. After you've done all this then convince the rest of the world to do it too. When you do everyone everywhere will see the beauty of this existence. Good Luck.
