There is no real answer to this question but what I have learned of what love is to me is...
(L)isten: and Validate them by hearing and empathizing.
(O)verlook: their minor character flaws as they will overlook yours.
(V)alue: who they are and what they mean to you.
(E)xpress: how you love them not just with words but with actions.

Well, the standard old fashioned way to let a guy know you like him is to bake cookies or cake or something for him. Cookies are the easiest to carry though. No nuts, he could be allergic. If he likes you he'll totally make a big deal out of it. If he doesn't, he'll just mumble "um....thanks" and wander off. If it's somewhere in the middle, you've got a decent shot. I'd stay away from notes and letters because he'll probebly read them to his friends. A kiss should be saved for a date. Lots more fun that way.

Love is a STRONG feeling of likeing someone.
Its happens cus we are humans and humans(even me!) Love someone..^_^
Well, to express love to a boy, yes, a nice letter will do and oh YEAH!! a nice wet kiss on the lips wud be GOOOOD!!!

Love is sort of an emotion and humans have emotions so it happens. There are many ways maybe you could write a letter, send him a mail, call him and tell him or tell him face to face...
