Something that is easy is:
grill some sausage. when the sausage is done, sprinkle with grated pepper. Dip in a farinha de mandioca sauce. That is Brazilian bbq sausage. For a drink make a batida de coco: 50ml of coconut milk, 25ml of cachaca, splash of Nestle's table cream, add crush ice, shake-blend-pour.
You may have to go to a specialty store to find some of the ingrediants.
You can also make some empanadas. I would buy some egg roll dough or dough that you can stuff. cook some ground beef and add some peas and carrots. stuff the dough and cook in a deep fryer.
If you have authentic restaurants in the area, it may be easier to just order something.

DONT MAKE FEIJOADA!!! Its the bean dish. I ate this stuff during the world cup final in 98 and I had gas and crippling cramps for 4 days. Cant imagine it would be too much fun if 25 people in you office all had it at once!

Not sure about the food, but other fun activities could be a waxing service, mini-carnival, microkinis, and football.
