im just courious how many talkers there are out there

I have 6 cats and all of them can talk to me. The scary part is that I can understand them. I call it "Cat English" because when they start saying certain words like "mom" and "yeah" and "catnap" you can actually understand them. It's really funny and I have to laugh every time one of them does it.

Sure they can, and don't let the non-believers get to you. I have one that carries on whole conversations. He says meeow in about 40 different ways - and there is definitely a 'me-out' and a 'me-in' for the obvious. There are also certain sounds and phrases for 'hungry', 'I want in your lap' and 'water'. I swear he curses too, but I don't know where he learned that - maybe the neighbor cat!

Hehe! I've got a funny video of Charlie (my siamese cat) "arguing" with my cousin XD It's hilarious, it looks like they're having a little conversation =]

My friend's little dog Petey can say "Mama" and "Milkbone". Its so funny, because he says Milkbone to get a Milkbone. If he doesn't say it clearly, my friend prompts him to say it again before he gives him the Milkbone. You can see Petey getting frustrated as he tries to say it clearer and waits for his treat.

may be she is talking like meoooowwwwwwwwww and u feel like MOM and she says neowww and it sounds like no to u ....i also have a cat which is used to talk like this
