I have sold sets like this in the past for over $100 to collectors & others in Jart leagues.

Garage sale them. Give them away. Put them in the Goodwill box. Throw them away.
They were considered to be a dangerous toy, so maybe that's why e-bay won't let you sell them.
You wouldn't get that much money for them anyway! Give them away.

Did you try an antique shop? I know they are valuable.
You should be able to get well over $100 for them.
