depends if you are talking about sunglasses or prescription glasses. if they are sunglasses yes. if they are prescription glasses yes unless you have contacts. either way you should not wear them in the water if you plan on going under. if you stay in the shallow end it should not matter. i wore glasses to the pool for years until i started wearing contacts. but i still cant open my eyes under water.

This sounds as if it is a personal preference. Before I had Lasik surgery, I wore my prescription glasses to the pool all time. I would never recommend wearing contacts in a pool though...the chlorine is not good for them and what if you lose one? In the end though, it's up to you!

I'd definitely get contacts. But if that isn't an option then you do need to see right? If your eyes are really bad, then prescription goggles, or if you only go occassionally then just get a strap for your glasses. Water parks won't allow glasses without a strap, just in case you ever go.
Better to see than not. But better to look cute still and be able to see.

you can wear your glasses in the pool but you can also buy prescription googles, Ive been told then you don't have to worry about losing your glasses or damaging the lenses.

I never take mine out, which i know is bad but they fit so well it worse taking them out.
plus you dont know how many times my contacts have saved my eyes from being scratched out by tree limbs.contacts are better!

Should you? Only if you absolutely can't see anything without them, then you might want to get a strap to keep them from falling off. But you don't have to.

It depends on how well you can see without them. If you are going to run into things and be literally 'blind', by all means wear them...but of course...don't swim with them on.

Not cool, even though you may be very nearsighted. Get contacts for those times (don't open your eyes under water!).
