Muenster, it is a great cheese that does not get too much recognition, but it adds a lot to a sand which or a pizza, here is a good sand which to try muenster out for the first time
take one everything bagel, add a big slice of tomato and a slice of muenster cheese and toast in oven under the broiler until cheese is melted. and enjoy!

I once vacationed in Nicaragua and they have this snack called quesillo, meaning little cheese. It is like a ball of soft, delectable, cheese, like strips rolled into a ball, and served with some kind of white liquid that comes from cheese mixed with some kind of seasoning and small bits of onion. It comes in a small plastic bag and you eat it from there, and then drink the liquid. I have never tasted anything like that since, but it was really good, they also have some kind of fresh creamy cheese that they smoke, in fact it's called smoked cheese. Absolutely delicious and unfortunately except for Nicaragua I've never seen them anywhere else.

Blue cheese, you can put it on your salad, on your burgers, your steaks, your crackers, your pasta, augratin potatoes, mashed potatoes. Almost everything. Then of course there is the important brie.
Thank you so much now I'm starving, I have wine and no good cheese to go with it. Sweet dreams
