after replacing it, it blew again.

First, switch off item fuse was protecting. Checking with a voltmeter that the circuit is dead. Then replace fuse with exactly the same type, size and rating. Then switch back on. If fuse blows again straight away you have a fault on the item the fuse was protecting. If the item works ok then its possible the fuse was "tired" and just blew. Never work on live equipment if you are not qualified, always make sure someone else is with you, just in case.

there can be two reasons of blowing fuse.
1) the fuse you replaced is of lower power rating than required.
OR
2) there is a short circuit after the fuse in your appliance, first remove short circuiting then replace fuse.

you need to find out why the fuse is blowing. you may have a short circuit somewhere
