Do you have a recipe for maple candy? Will you please share it with me?

MAPLE CANDY

3 c. white sugar
1/3 c. white syrup
1 c. evaporated milk
1 stick butter
1/2 tsp. maple flavoring
6 or 8 marshmallows or 3 Tbsp.
Marshmallow Cream
2 c. nut meats*

Mix ingredients in heavy saucepan. Bring to soft boil
(on candy thermometer 235 degrees), stirring constantly. Remove from
heat and add maple flavoring and marshmallows. Beat until
mixture loses shine. Add nut meats. Pour into buttered
casserole dish to cool. When set, cut into squares.
*Black walnuts recommended.

14 MINUTE MAPLE CANDY

4 c. maple syrup
1 c. cream
1/4 c. butter
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 tsp. lemon extract

Cook the syrup, cream and butter for 9 minutes after the
boiling point is reached. Remove from heat; add the nuts and
extract and stir for 5 minutes. Pour into buttered pans. When
cool, cut into squares.

MAPLE CANDY BALLS

1 c. chopped nuts
1 can condensed milk
1 stick butter
1 1/2 Tbsp. maple flavoring
2 boxes 10x sugar

Coating:
2/3 cake paraffin wax
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate

Mix nuts, condensed milk, butter, maple flavoring and
10x sugar together. Chill. Keep chilled until ready to use.
Roll into small balls.
Coating: Melt paraffin and semi-sweet chocolate. Keep
hot. Dip and drain. (A toothpick can be inserted into ball
before dipping.)

MAPLE CANDY

1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 boxes powdered sugar
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 stick margarine, melted
1/4 block household wax
1 large pkg. semi-sweet
chocolate
2 Tbsp. maple flavoring

Mix well together all except chocolate and wax. Chill
in refrigerator and form in different shapes. Put back in
refrigerator to chill. Melt chocolate and wax in double
boiler. Take pieces out of refrigerator and dip in chocolate
with toothpick or candy dipper. Place on wax paper. Store in
container in refrigerator.

Who would ever suspect that this delicious candy is simply pure maple syrup in a more solid form? Learn how to make maple cream candy at home.
Difficulty: Easy
Time Required: 75 minutes
Here's How:
Boil 2 cups of pure maple syrup over very low heat without stirring.
Let it reach late thread stage, 233 degrees F. on a candy thermometer.
Allow to cool to 110 degrees F. on candy thermometer, about 1 hour, without stirring.
Add 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract.
Beat until it until it is light in color and fluffy in texture; hard enough to hold its shape.
Put into forms or molds or shape into patties.
Tips:
Use pure maple syrup, not imitation or maple-flavored.
Use a candy thermometer to judge heat.
This candy will dry out quickly when exposed to air. Pack in an airtight container as soon as it is cool.

Maple Sponge Candy

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup maple flavored syrup
1/2 cup white sugar
2 teaspoons distilled white vinegar
2 teaspoons baking soda


DIRECTIONS:
Butter a 9x9 inch pan and set aside.
In a heavy 2 quart saucepan, combine the syrup, sugar and vinegar. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly until sugar dissolves. Continue cooking without stirring until a candy thermometer reads 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
Remove from heat and quickly stir in the soda; mix well. I
Immediately pour candy into prepared pan, Do not spread. Cool and break into pieces.


Maple Fudge

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups maple syrup
1 tablespoon light corn syrup
3/4 cup light cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup chopped walnuts


DIRECTIONS:
Butter an 8x8 inch dish.
In a medium saucepan, combine maple syrup, corn syrup, and cream. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Then heat without stirring to between 234 and 240 degrees F (112 to 116 degrees C), or until a small amount of syrup dropped into cold water forms a soft ball that flattens when removed from the water and placed on a flat surface. Remove from heat, and let cool until lukewarm.
Beat mixture until it thickens and loses its gloss. Quickly fold in vanilla and nuts, and spread in prepared pan. Let cool completely before cutting.
