Tell him that your flattered that he thinks your boobs are that lovely which they must be for someone to ask on the first day but that is too much too soon and that he just creeped you out and in the near future if he plans on rubbing any boobs he might not want to ask someone that question on the first date unless hes looking to catch a STD
