Today, Mankind knows that they can be coloned, yet the body is the same yet the action of this clone will be different because our actions depend on many other factors.
Also, God will judge us individually and your soul and body will be subject to mercy or punishment, so is it fair that you be punished for someone else mistakes? or is it fair you take a share in mercy that others worked hard for it?
So this reincarnation is truely misleading and not basically fair

It is very special event for a pure spirit to reincarnate on Earth for a mission. It propably would be noticed, but you never know.
