Is it possible to connect my Daewoo Rear Projection TV to my Computer and if so, could you demonstrate.?

Possible, yes.
All you need is A/V outputs on your TV which I'm sure you have and a graphics card that has A/V inputs. There are many out there.
And of course the cables to connect the two.
