Try beginners yoga...the deep breathing exercises do wonders for stress. Or practice a simple form of meditation. If nothing else...get outdoors, walk in the woods or along the beach, sit outside and gaze up at the stars...nature is very healing.

depends upon reason of stress is then we can apply different techniques for stress management.....
but deep breathing is best techniqu. Close your eyes & breath deeply ,when u feel u r under stress.

have some time for fun and relaxation. do not cram. smile even at the toughest moments. sleep well. drink lots of water. eat healthy. bananas and apples are good fruits to relieve stress. be more in touch with your spiritual side, meditate. :)
