I can think of two routes to a successful job - that I think should be done in a shop by professionals, by the way - and they both send you to the Car Parts, or Auto Salvage Yards & Dealers.
1. Go to a salvage yard or parts dealer, and find a car like yours that is stripped. Take a look at how the panels are held on to the doors and reverse engineer from that to your car. Usually you can see how the door handles are removed and where the pins are that hold the panels to the door frame. It is probably a good idea to get some replacement pins or clip, whatever they are called, so that you can replace the ones you break. Note clearly where the clips are so that you can pry up the panels without damaging things. Make good measurements, or photos to help you.
2. Same thing only more so. Get two panels to match your car that already have speakers mounted in them. You probably have better speakers for it, but it will look better if you get a factory door with speakers already mounted. Take those home and use them as guides in order to remove the panels from your car.
