This salmon recipe is EASY, FAST, VERY tasty [if you like salmon] and WILL impress. It has never failed me, and I've made it more times than I can remember.
Get salmon filets, NOT steaks. The amount really doesn't matter. Clean and pat dry, remove bones as necessary.
Take a broiler pan and cover with tin foil -- makes cleaning up easier. Put the filets on the foil MEAT side down [so the skin is facing up].
Rub the skin with some olive oil and lemon juice [not TOO much juice, and actually, the juice is optional]. Sprinkle with a little Lemon & Pepper spice blend.
Broil for about 7 minutes and then flip. Now rub the meat side with olive oil and lemon juice [again, optional]. Sprinkle again with Lemon & Pepper seasoning.
You'll have to season it to taste, but you should know after the first time you do it. Broil for about 5 more minutes or until meat is cooked through. It doesn't take long and be careful not to overcook. For thicker filets, you may find that you have to broil a few more minutes, but that should be it.
These will be juicy and melt in your mouth if you do them right. You can try some other seasonings once you get the hang of it. Enjoy!

Ingredients: 4 round, ripe, firm tomatoes ½ cup bread crumbs , 1 sprig parsley 1 Tbs. oregano , 8 basil leaves 1 Tbp. capers, chopped , 1 clove garlic salt , 4 Tbs. olive oil
Cut the tomatoes in half horizontally and remove the seeds. Salt and leave upside down for half an hour on a towel.
Chop parsley with basil and garlic, add bread crumbs, oregano and the capers. Salt and mix well. Place the tomatoes on a greased baking dish and fill them with the stuffing. Drizzle them with oil and bake at 450 F. for 15 minutes or until a golden crust forms on top. These are excellent both warm or cold and can be served as a side dish or as antipasto

Place cheese and cooked veggies in between two tortillas and nuke in the microwave for 1 minute: tada, quesadillas!
Cut a bagel in half, place some tomato slices on each half and cover with slices of cheese of your choice. Place under broiler for just a minute or two until the cheese is bubbly/browned.
Grilled Cheese Sandwiches and tomato soup. Buy canned soup and heat in micro or on stovetop while you make the sandwich. Should only take about 10-15 minutes total prep and cook time.
Any small pasta (like shells or bowties or penne) cooked as directed. Drain and then pour in olive oil to coat. Sprinkle in about 1 tsp (more or less to your preference) worth of powdered chicken or tomato boullion (for taste). Then add whatever spices/chopped fresh veggies you have around: basil with black olives, fresh tomatoes and shredded spinach. rosemary with chicken chunks, broccoli and cauliflower. Whatever you can dream up. Just chop the veggies while the pasta's cooking. Total prep and cook time is usually only around 15-20 minutes total.
Cook Top Ramen as directed, but add fresh or frozen chopped veggies and/or left over meat (like chicken) to it while it boils. Ready in like 5 minutes.
Hope these help.

Honestly something I eat quite often is mac n cheese with tuna and peas. Just make mac n cheese the way it says on the box (but just a hint here...if while you are straining the noodles, you mix the milk, butter, and cheese mix together, and then add the noodles to the mixture, it will be much creamier). And then add the tuna, white albacore is the best...and sweet peas (I prefer del monte) to the mix. However, if you don't like tuna and peas, cut up precooked hot dogs can be used.

I call this "My Fake Cake":
depending on how many people will feast on this:
*crackers (basically those that are kind of tasteless or plain Graham will do)
*all purpose cream
*oreo cookies
*sweetened milk
First, crash the crackers til it turns into powdery texture, then pour the cream sugar and milk, mix until you come up with a semi dough texture, crush oreo cookies, mix it in...then refrigirate it until it's cold enough for everybody to enjoy...you can mix VANILA ICE CREAM to add flavor...
