HEAVENLY HASH CAKE
1 (12oz.) pkg. chocolate semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 eggs (seperate)
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 pint whipping cream
1 cup peacans or walnuts (chopped) (I use walnuts)
1 Angel Food Cake
Melt chocolate chips. In a small bowl, beat egg yolks and add to chocolate. Stir. Beat egg whites; gradually adding sugar until peaks form. Fold whites into chocolate mixture. Stir in nuts, vanilla and salt. Whip the cream and fold in last. Break cake into chunks and cover bottom of tube pan or deep bowl. Cover with a layer of chocolate mixture. Add another layer of cake pieces and cover with remaining chocolate mixture. Chill in refrigerator overnight.

INGREDIENTS:
* 2 cups coconut milk
* 2 cups milk
* 3 tablespoons white sugar
* 1/2 cup Basmati rice
* 1/4 cup raisins
* 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
* 1/2 teaspoon rose water (optional)
* 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
* 1/4 cup chopped pistachio nuts
DIRECTIONS:
1. Bring the coconut milk, milk and sugar to a boil in a large saucepan. Add basmati rice, and simmer over low heat until the mixture thickens and the rice is tender, about 20 minutes.
2. Stir in the raisins, cardamom and rose water, and cook for a few more minutes. Ladle into serving bowls, and garnish with almonds and pistachios

banana splits!
2 bananas, halved lengthwise
1/2 pint vanilla ice cream
1 pint blackberries, picked over and washed
1 pint raspberries, picked over and washed
Chocolate sauce, store bought or home made
1 cup peanuts
Place the bananas in a large dish. Scoop 3 to 4 balls of ice cream onto the bananas. Top with the berries, chocolate sauce, and peanuts.

Nellie & Joe's Key Lime Pie
•1-9" graham cracker pie shell
•1-14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
•3 egg yolks (whites not used)
•1/2 cup Nellie & Joe's Key West Lime Juice
Combine milk, egg yolks and lime juice. Blend until smooth. Pour filling into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Allow to stand 10 minutes before refrigerating. Just before serving, top with freshly whipped cream and garnish with lime slices.

Angle food cake and cool whip. Slice off the top of the angle food cake and put it aside. hollow out the center of the cake and fill it with cool whip comes in chocolate, or you could mix your fave fruit in with the cool whip. Put the top back on and put it in the frig for awhile till it chills.
