What are the consequences of being an 18 yr old in a relationship with a 15 yr old in Texas? What if there is no sexual contact? What about kissing?

Within 3 years or over 17 is the law in Texas. So if your birthday is within 3 years of hers, it's aaaaall good. If, however, she is not... well that's technically against the law. Get in good with the parents if this is the case and you shouldn't run into any trouble. Don't be a dumbass, you know?
