practice....watch more english shows/movies....read books have a portable dictionary.......

start reading news papers every day if u finding it difficult due to certain difficult words check out in a dictionary.U will come across new words i.e.ur vocabulary will improve, but it is must to watch english news daily in TV also u try to speak even if u r wrong in ur friend circle so that gradually u will overcome ur fear for English.But u hv to work hard otherwise if u like u can join a english speaking course nearby ur area.But the bottomline is u hv to work & read a lot.

You can sign up for classes for your English or ask your friends to help you. Lots of practise is needed. After all, practice makes perfect.
