Neither of them is logical!

Instead, try "I know that last week you asked me to do .... last night, but I'm afraid I didn't do it."
Then you'd better give a detailed excuse!

they could be meant the same way, and make sense, but they could also mean something different.
Sentence One)perhaps ur mom asked u to do something last week and u did it but then this week u didnt.
Sentence Two) u were asked last week to do it and u haven't done it ine the past week since u were asked.
If that doesnt make any sense, I apologize. I tried.

Both have poor syntax. #1 is slightly better than #2. I would say: Last night I failed to perform the task you required of me last week.

Both are very awkward. When he asked last week, did he specifically ask you to do it last night? If so, then you might try:
Last week you asked me to ____ on Friday the 23rd. I didn't do it.

Otherwise:

As of last night, I hadn't done what you asked me to do last week.

and if you still haven't done it today...

I still haven't done what you asked me to do last week.

the two are ultimate. the 1st might shop on with to 'well being nutrition' as offered in a 'well being nutrition save' to those that set great shop by potential of such ingredients (and in lots of situations pay too lots for it!). the 2nd applies greater oftentimes, case in point gazing vegetables against hamburgers.
