This man is on his third marriage and the woman is not even asking for a relationship. She has not asked for anything other than a sexual relationship and friendship. He does have a girlfriend that he said he "cared" about. However he slept with the 32yo one time and said it was a one time deal and then asked her out again. However, he then changed his mind about it. They are doing business together but that didn't stop him the first time. My thoughts are young women don't chase oldmen. Oldmen chase young women.

Well, obviously he can't decide what the right thing to do is. He's struggling over what he should do. He takes afew steps towards the 32 yr old, and then a few steps back to his girlfreind. It's a perfectly natural thing to feel guilty about.
The real question here should be "what's wrong with a 32 year old vuloptuous, sexy, smart woman going after a 52 year old man(who admittedly has relationship and commitment issues) with a girlfriend, when she could have just about any true, honest, sexy, nice guy she wants?" Seems to me like a waste of a good 32 year old sexy smart woman.
I don't mean to attack you, darlin. This is just honesty. You are the one that needs to reevaluate yourself and what you want in life, not him.
