Not in the common sense of getting 'wasted', which usually means being intoxicated due to consumption of alcohol. Since soda contains no alcohol, it is not possible for one to get intoxicated by consuming it. That being said, soda does contain a high amount of sugar, and excessive consumption of sugar, while producing an initial rush of energy, ultimately makes the person consuming it feel tired and lethargic, but it is just fatigue, not intoxication.

Not really wasted, but if you drink it fast with friends and get the burps, then all start laughing it can make you feel kinda light headed in a good way !

If you are sensitive to sugar and caffeine you may feel whacked, generally getting wasted comes from alcohol overload.
