LOL@'genetic criminals'. The problem is the two words 'entered illegally'. People that entered the United States illegally, or who have stayed illegally, need to LEAVE. I don't care if you're mexican, martian, indian, brazilian, whatever...if you're in the country against the law, get right or get OUT.
One thing you'll find is that people are throwing the race card back and forth, and it's futile, and mean-spirited, and distracts from the need to just get with the program, and finally get the border built. The problem is that Mexico and Mexicans just plain haven't been good partners on crime prevention, and it's grown to be a HUGE problem, and the only way to stop it is to limit traffic to/from/with Mexico. Whether you want to admit it or not, Mexico's got a crime problem, and because they're right next door, and there's no real border enforcement(WHY that might be is a topic for a wnole 'nother discussion), so now Mexico's problems are becoming america's problems. America doesn't want the drugs, the crime, the gangs, and the rest of it. A burrito's not going to make up for that.
If it's a lot harder to get in, then less people, criminal or otherwise, will be trying to enter the United States from Mexico, plain, and simple. Don't throw the race card, the United States is/has been a multi-ethnic community for decades, centuries even. This is a US/Mexico problem. Crime knows no boundaries, ethnic, territorial, or otherwise, and law enforcement has a hell of time trying to do their job with Mexico practically aiding and abetting. So, pull the plug on the 'easy out', you solve the problem, at least part-way...the other side of it is then having our own law enforcement freed up to go after the baddies in AMERICA, who, having less access to Mexico, will stop causing problems there, to whatever degree that goes on. The border fence is win-win. It keeps mexican problems in mexico, american problems in america.
Someday, when Mexico's society and law enforcement system are better, and more effective, and the drug lords don't run their country anymore, then we open things back up again. But, until then, get the border fence built, because it's in the best interest of both countries to have a little 'time out'...

Maybe they meant to say Generic Criminals? Genetic makes it sound like they're mutating once they get here - I'll bet if they did that even you would have second thoughts about them coming here! Generic makes more sense. I don't agree that because of one act people will always continue that behavior, but when they are desperate is when most people would resort to that behavior despite what they would do normally. That's just human nature. For some people criminal behavior is the norm, but that knows no borders - every country on the planet has a criminal element. So, to answer your question, I disagree -but with the stipulation that they are already in a situation that is bordering on desperate, so they are placing themselves in a precarious position.

I totally disagree. Never heard of such a thing as genetic criminals. Most illegals don't considered coming here without documentation a crime. It is a survival issue for them so don't even go there! You have no basis for making this statement. If a person commits a crime, it does not necessarily mean they will continue doing it all their lives, no matter where they come from.

Agree. When they enter the country illegally, they almost have no choice but to continue incurring further crimes, just by the fact that they are here illegally. They drive without insurance and valid drivers' licenses, they use stolen/fake SSNs, they lie about their residence status whenever they feel a need to. Heck, I've even read several posts here from children of illegals who have grown up never even knowing they or their parents were illegal because their parents lied to them about that! I think that is terrible for those children to find that their parents lied to them about such an important issue! Yes, I think "genetic criminals" is an apt label.

Disagree
But many might have to do things not quite on the up and up to hide the fact they are Illegal. And one crime could easily go to another. example--Drivers License (are you a citizen is a question). Other official forms ask that same question. Some lie on employment forms. Are they hiding from the draft (why should they not be included-and yes if your here you should have to go just like others-this would be a crime for citizens here.)
It is not like they want to live one lie after another (or crime because that would be what it is if they lied on form-look at your next employment form) but one leads to another.
And others do use other peoples 's ID.
So No it is not Genetic. But yes they are in a position where one could lead to another--no mater how nice they are.

No, the people who entered illegally can be considered criminals for their actions, but until they have children who generation after generation become criminals, they cant be considered genetic criminals according to your definition. If you really wanted to see if the people were genetic criminals, you would need to do a chromosome test and see if they have the double Y chromosome which was consisitent with a randomized study that was done on prisons throughout the US. They found that the criminals all had one thing in common a double YY chromosome. The government deemed it unconstitutional to test for the YY chromosome because of the fear of labeling and abuse by the police.

I disagree, that even borders on racist - but what my findings show is that Congress understands that Americans are becoming more scarce, and in an attempt to keep our 'species' going, they decided in import Mexicans to ultimately create a new 'us' in genetic terms - and that to me is downright racist.
This is not, however, what happened when we faced this same challenge in 1850 and what our government did.
I don't agree with what our leaders are doing and the road they are leading us down like zombies. I have read where other countries in Europe, facing the same challenge, such as the Danish, are not putting up with it the same way over there.
I believe that Mexico belongs to them, and America belongs to us and the border should stay where it is. I would say there are more ways than one to provide a solution in our ever changing dynamic world.
If you need several sources let me know.

That's nonsense! History has proven that genetic criminals come from the middle east. This will continue as long as they are allowed to reproduce and inter-mingle with other races. Their is genetic dysfunction in the middle-east that affects the frontal lobes of embryo's. Current stem cell genetic research is refutable evidence that it is not only moral, but immoral, to apprehend future research in any psychological endeavor encompassing inalienable rights for humanity, prescribed under federal jurisdiction, for the right to life, especially for incapacitated subjects.
