what is a good gif animation website to download off of or to use?

it can be downloadable, off a website, or anything. prefer a free one, or if that cannot be found, a good cheap one or the best.

i prefer jasc animation shop, but it cost's money. you can download a free trial off the jasc website but it only last's for a month.

i have a friend that uses phuzeon animator and likes it so if jasc's not for you you can try that.
