I just installed wmp11 beta and it i hated it...big time...would like to revert back to wmp10 but cant get rid of wmp11...cant find it in the 'add or remove programs list' and there is no uninstall.exe in the folder...how do i get rid of it??!

Sorry you don't like it. Here is something I just now found. No guarantees. :) Open your add/remove window in controls and check the box at the top that says "show updates". The go down the list until you get to Windows XP - Software Updates. There should be a line for WMP 11. Actually two lines. At least that is what I have. Try uninstalling now. Like I said no promises. I'm happy with version 11 so I'll stay with it.

Dear! If you really want remove media player click control panel>Add remove or programs>Add/Remove Windows Components, then you will see a box appear, go straight down and remove the tick mark from the Windows Media Player!

To find back wmp10, insert ur windows cd in cd drive and follow the instruction! Can't recall what the exaclty you have to do, but you can do it yourself!

you have to use sytem restore, go to the date and time you installed it and revert your system back to before it was installed
