i want to color my hair but i dont know what color is great to me, my hair is long

Leave it alone. The color it is naturally is the best match for your eye color and skin tone already.
Funny how genetics works, isn't it.
By the way, by "long hip" to you mean that your hair reaches your hips or that your hair is "hip" (as in fashionable).

If you can get to East Kilbride, Old Coach Road, theres a great hairdresser there who will give you everything from advice to actually doing it for you (and its not that expensive!)
It's called The Female Room (nxt to The Male Room) on Old Coach Rd, East Mains East Kilbride.
If you live anywhere else, try a Boots. They have a machine where it takes a photo of you then you click through the colours till you see one that looks nice, then you buy it! Simple!

It depends on what your hair colour is now, and what you skin tone is like. If you are very pale, don't go for blonde you'll look washed-out, also if you're very tanned, don't go for blonde, especially bleach blonde, it looks terrible. I would suggest going for a nice chestnut brown, with dark blonde highlights, to make it look natural.

what kind of music are u into?? these days, a person's musical prefrence seems to determine everything from a person's hair to the way they behave..
rock music.. you can get away with colours like black, red purple, sometimes, green, blue.. etc
hip hop music.. i have been seeing alot of girls with red hair and brown hair.. you can do the streak thing..
oldies/ jazzor r&b.. maybe a brown or something light..
or of none of this works, you can always do like i did for about 2 years and dye your hair according to your mood.. which gets costly and begins to seriously damage your hair...
but whatever you choose to do.. take care of your hair.. it will get frail on you.. and break off...

I love dying my long curlly hair RED I get so many complents evenwhenmy roots show they seem to think someone in my family had red hair.
it's differnt too there's far more people with brown, black and blonde.

for me it depends in the girl. Like I might observe a girl with black hair as well as think she is totally hot yet see a girl with blond tresses that is meh and vice versa.
