Ths one's a little different....somebody prove to me that Christianity is wrong...false....but make it a genuine, researched answer. I'm not a pushover, and I know my stuff. Before you post an answer, ask yourself, "How do I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that this is true?" Tell me that too.

The thing is proof is very hard to come by. Especially in terms of religion. You ask for proof that Christianity is wrong, I ask for proof that it's right. Neither of us would be able to supply that demand.
But I can give you evidence that at the very least, those who have practiced Christianity in the past and have had an influence on it's evolution (should I not use that term?) may have corrupted Christianity.
Most obviousely there has been much bloodshed in God's name. But that's not really exclusive to Christianity. How about the fact that at one point in time Catholics were teaching that all the heavenly bodies were set in multiple crystal spheres that revolved around the Earth and were pushed by angels. That has been proven very wrong indeed. What about tithing and other monitary payments the church asks of you. Mostly I'm concerned with that spent on repentance. People began to pay for forgivness for their sins with money but that was never part of Jesus's original concept.
To believe in Jesus and his teachings may or may not be correct, but I'm convinced that practicing Christianity's modern incarnation is very wrong.

It's proven false because the people who made the bible enforced it and they slaughtered anyone who questioned them. This should be valid proof for anyone who believes god is gentle and forgiving and does not force anything. What clearly disproves mainstream Christianity is its history and the way it developed. You can't just accept a bible that is here now as the absolute truth without questioning how it was made, and when you dare to discover exactly how it was made, you have all the proof you need (unless you are intellectually dishonest and you ignore the facts).

Prove to me that I wasn't created by an advanced race of aliens who had perfect knowledge of genetics, and capabilities far beyond our fathoming? Right this very second our entire universe exists within at sophisticated laboratory on their home world.
Actually don't bother. You can't prove I'm wrong, so don't waste your time. Your question has no point.

Its impossible to prove a negative, that is a logical fallacy.
You cant prove a religion to be false because no human knows what is out there
The best you can do is present substantial evidence that the religion is not consistent with logic.

I wouldn't want to try to prove it false even if I didn't believe in God. But we both know that there is a God. Someday all the unbelievers will see.
